Promotion Overview:

  • Receive $300 off the purchase and installation of any qualifying electric or gas water heater* plus a 4-year extended warranty* (valued at $250) at no additional cost.


Eligibility:

  • Offer applies to the purchase and installation of any Rheem electric or gas water heater from Wade Roberts Plumbing.
  • 10-Year Warranty Upgrade: Extended 4-year warranty covers qualifying Rheem models only and begins immediately after the standard 6-year manufacturer warranty ends.


Exclusions and Limitations:

  • Cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
  • Offer is valid for residential installations only.
  • Standard installation terms and requirements apply.
  • Extended warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or damage caused by external factors outside normal usage.
  • Warranty service must be performed by Wade Roberts Plumbing or an authorized service provider.


Offer Period:

  • Promotion valid for purchases made and scheduled between August 13, 2025 and August 31, 2025, or while supplies last. Limited number of extended warranty anode rods available.


Other Conditions:

  • Installation must be completed by Wade Roberts Plumbing to qualify.
  • Taxes, permit fees, and any additional installation requirements (beyond standard installation) are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Wade Roberts Plumbing reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

  • Every water heater booked within the time period of the offer will receive 5000 more rewards points within 30-60 days.
  • Valid for one offer per invoice and member number.
  • Job must be booked by August 31, 2025 at the latest to qualify for the offer. 
  • Bonus points will only be credited after full payment has been received and confirmed.
  • Please allow up to 60 days for points to appear in your account after payment confirmation.
  • Cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.


****Basic More Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions


1. Eligibility

The Basic More Rewards Program (“Program”) is available to all residential and commercial customers of Wade Roberts Plumbing who purchase qualifying plumbing and gas services.


2. ****Earning Rewards

  • Customers will earn 1 point for every $1 CAD spent on qualifying plumbing and gas services completed.
  • Dispatch fees are excluded from earning points and do not contribute toward reward accumulation.
  • Points are calculated based on the total amount spent before taxes and after any discounts, promotions, or credits are applied.
  • Members can earn up to a maximum of 10,000 More Rewards points per completed job until August 31, 2025.


3. Qualifying Purchases

  • Eligible purchases include labor and materials for plumbing and gas services performed by Wade Roberts Plumbing.
  • Non-qualifying purchases include dispatch fees, permits, third-party subcontractor fees, financing charges, and any services or products specifically excluded by Wade Roberts Plumbing.


4. Point Redemption

  • Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • Redemption options, point values, and availability are subject to change at the discretion of Wade Roberts Plumbing.
  • Wade Roberts Plumbing reserves the right to require a minimum points balance for redemption.


5. Account Management

  • Points will be credited to the customer’s account within 14 business days after full payment of the qualifying invoice.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their account information is accurate and up to date.
  • Any discrepancies in point balances must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.


6. Program Changes and Termination

  • Wade Roberts Plumbing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
  • Changes may include but are not limited to: earning rates, eligible purchases, and redemption rules.


7. General Conditions

  • Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Wade Roberts Plumbing reserves the right to revoke points or suspend participation if fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia.
