Official Terms & Conditions**



These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the 12 Months of Giving Program (“Program”) administered by Wade Roberts Plumbing Ltd., located at A2–2200 Keating Cross Rd., Saanichton, BC, V8M 2A6 (“Sponsor”).

1. Eligibility

To submit a nomination, an individual must:

• Be a current client of Wade Roberts Plumbing;
• Reside within the Greater Victoria, BC area;
• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of submission;
• Submit the nomination personally (not through an agency or automated system).
• Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of client status or address to verify eligibility.
• Employees of Wade Roberts Plumbing and their immediate household members may submit nominations but are not eligible to be selected as recipients.

2. How to Enter

• All nominations must be submitted through the official nomination form on the Wade Roberts Plumbing website, accessible via QR code or direct URL.
• No purchase is necessary to submit a nomination.
• One nomination per household per month. Duplicate nominations will be disqualified.
• Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues, internet problems, or submission errors.

3. Program Period

The Program runs from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. .  ne recipient will be selected each month (12 total for the year).

4. Selection of Recipients

Each month, the Sponsor will review all eligible nominations and select one recipient at its sole discretion based on need, community impact, and alignment with the purpose of the Program.

This is not a random draw.

5. Nature of Support Provided

Selected recipients may receive one or more acts of assistance including:

• Plumbing repairs or service;
• Home support;
• Gift cards;
• Groceries;
• Other forms of practical, emotional, or material assistance.
• The type and value of support are determined exclusively by the Sponsor each month.
• Support has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may vary month-to-month.

6. Privacy, Confidentiality & Publicity

• All nominations remain confidential unless the nominee grants written consent for their story to be shared publicly.
• Sponsor will not publish names, details, or identifying information without explicit permission.
• If permission is granted, Sponsor may use the story, first name, likeness, or photos for social media, website, or marketing related to the Program.
• Personal data will be handled in accordance with Canadian privacy legislation and the Wade Roberts Plumbing Privacy Policy.

7. Notification

Those submitting nominations may be contacted for clarification.
Selected recipients will be contacted directly by the Sponsor to coordinate support.

8. Right to Modify or Cancel

The Sponsor reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program or its terms at any time due to:

• Technical issues,
• Fraud,
• Compliance requirements,
• Circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s control.
• Any changes will be posted on the Program webpage.

9. Limitation of Liability

By submitting a nomination, participants agree that the Sponsor shall not be liable for:

• Technical failures or unavailable website access;
• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected submissions;
• Any damages arising from participation in the Program or acceptance of support;
• Any third-party errors or omissions.

10. Not Endorsed by Social Media Platforms

This Program is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform. You are providing information solely to the Sponsor.

11. Acceptance of Terms

Submission of a nomination constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
